Transistors?

Hello,

I have a buch of transistors from the old Philips audio line D-8663. They are marked 1402C, 1602C, 1702C ("D" & "N" marking is also present with some of them), and bellow is written PH63. 1402's are NPN, 1602's are PNP types. Does anybody know what are their specifications? Maybe a datasheet? Also, a TO-220 like case with much larger copper heatsink, with Motorola sign and this written on it:

K
9400
Some sort of regulator, maybe?

Moto made several transistors with numbers starting with MDS in a TO-202 package. Is it a TO-202? Look up MDS21. Or MDS26.
