Low noise CCS for DIY dac

I'll like to know how to make a low noise constant current source, for the DIY dac. :

I'm pretty shure some of the members have other good ideas for a low noise CCS design.
The current source shall be cheap, since there should be used several of them in the dac, the drift & noise should be very low.
