I'm new here, and I am looking for a transducer. I need something like a speaker driver, with no cone that will transmit mechanical energy to whatever I attach to it, with enough resolution to accurately reproduce recorde sounds.
Some things I am thinking of:
The SoundBug Although it works only on Planar Surfaces.
Some sort of vibrational motor which can reproduce audio, and whose existence I am not sure of.
This "ConeLess Speaker" thing which I have seen Here and Here (scroll down) If anyone knows what this thing is, who makes it, or where to get one please let me know.
Something like this would be perfect If it could function at higher frequencies.
