MarkLevinson ML3 schematics ?

Hello,

i have a defective ML-3 amplifier with many non-riginal parts inside. Someone used wrong resistors and semiconductors in both channels :( .
A successful repair seems to be impossible without a schematic diagram.
Any ideas how to get it ? Any help will be a appreciated.

Hi Hardi

Without a schematic, wow do you know that the resistors and the semiconductors are wrong?...

Hi Tube_Dude,

the guy that tried the repair before soldered some 2N3055 as NPN type transisrors in the output stage. And i know that this is not correct :D . Some resistors "visually" do not fit in their pcb position...and so on....a real disaster :(

@Conrad:

I canīt find the ML3 there. Only ML2 and newer 23.5 !?

There are three different ML3 schematics, call the factory with the serial number.

They use MJ15011/12 outputs, 2N3584/2N6421 for predrivers.

Is there a "JC-4" :wiz: or symetric with/-out j-fets?

Have you obtain finally the schematics ?
Can you send them to me in the case of yes ?

Thanks a lot by advance

Best regards

BAD REPAIR! Danger!

Why ?? Maybe cause unwanted oscillation effects by certainly load conditions? Then various simulation sessions of this circuit are necessary before starting any aimless service.

This URL is death in the meantime.
In which case was this URL mentioned? Are there online-schematic of ML-3?
I want to have all schematic versions.
