I am building an Aleph 2 and currently I am looking for capacitors for the power supply, and since the output on the rails are supposed to be 45V I guess I need caps with at least 50V max voltage, preferably 63V – or would 40V do?
How large capacitor bank will be suitable? There is a substantial difference between the one in the service manual and the one proposed by Kristijan for instance?
