I recently picked up a pair of black anodized heatsinks measuring 7" long x 4.5" wide x 2.5" high with 3/8" base. Each heatsink weighs 2.5 pounds. A picture of these is attached.

Would these be sufficient for cooling a Zen v5 running +/- 20-25V rails at 1-2A bias per FET?

I have found a manual talking about the OEM-HS2

searched Yahoo for OEM-HS2

They are used for speed control motor and are able to dissipate about 35 watts at 25 degrees over ambiant, its a little heatsink.. you won't be able to cool a Zen v5 running +/- 20-25V rails at 1-2A bias per FET even if you use 1 for each mosfet.... it will only work for 1 fet and at less than 1 amp bias... its a shame, but if you try them, you'll only be able to use +/- 20V
at 0.75 Amp. thats 30 watts, and at 1 A its 40 watts... Good luck!

Regards.

Alain.
