My parts arrived this week from Parts Express.
I cut everything to size and glued on double thickness strips where the baffle will attach to the front to allow a generous roundover without thinning too much.
Managed to get the baffles done today.

Those look like your standard Parallel Bar Clamp. Couldn't tell you brand though but there's many that make them.
