Nice part.
Shame it is not available in SOT23-5.
Patrick
Or SOT-23-8 duels. That is a fine component for sure.
AD8039 is available in SOT-23-8 duels and perhaps in the near future so will the AD4625?

The good fight goes on in spite of adversity.
what about sound quality in RIAA preamplifiers ?Email from Analog this morning -- I guess the part has been out since late last year: http://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ADA4625-1.pdf
Maybe perfect, if an additional buffer (e. g. a discrete single ended source follower stage) is added.
Idle current only 4mA for the whole OPA and no internal output buffer like AD797 - for internal simplyfied schematics go to page 11 under

Already played with the Spice model ?
Maybe should order a couple of samples and play with the real thing.

No but it says so in the model file. Always read the model file! ;-)
Couple of samples on the way!

It says:
*Not modeled: Distortion, PSRR, Overload Recovery,
* Shutdown Turn On/Turn Off time
*
*Parameters modeled include:
* Vos, Ibias, Input CM limits and Typ output voltge swing over full supply range,
* Open Loop Gain & Phase, Slew Rate, Output current limits, Voltage & Current Noise over temp,
* Capacitive load drive, Quiescent and dynamic supply currents,
* Shut Down pin functionality where applicable,
* Single supply & offset supply functionality.

They do cite a THD% statistic of 0.0003% under certain conditions.
Expensive chip, not as expensive as OPA637, however. Fetishists will be disappointed that there isn't a TO-99 version!
So its not going to fit on my S-DEC then. Rats !
