Thanks@arniel.
I'm getting have an idea transplanting SMD-version saa7310 to my marantz CD99. But I'm afraid of other device is broken.
Other device means IR2339(compareter), MN4264P-15(RAM).
I broke these devices by adding 20V!!
So, it's more safer solution getting CD880(having very similer@devices to CD99) than getting CD50(has SAA7310 SMD version).
I don't know what happen when install SAA7310, and CD50 may be not have other necesary devices.

Exactly!
But there is a little hope.
I added 20V to saa7310, compareter and DRAM, but not to other devices. CD99 has several boards, and I tried separate power supply between servo system and signal processing one.
I added high voltage to only one board.
But, of course, other boards connected by signal line, it is possible many other ICs damaged!!!!:bawling:

Hello, everyone.
After that, I get marantz cd650, and it has SAA7310PB and DRAM.
So I transplanted SAA7310PB and DRAM to my cd99.
And I can repair my CD99.
By the way, comparetor is not damaged.
Thanks all.

Mmm, a marantz 650, never heard of. Is it the philips 650 sold as marantz in japan??? If so, you should have found a 7210 in there (or a M4xxx chip). I think there are some small differences between 7210 and 7310, check the datasheets.

regards,

Thanks for reply, guido.
I don't know phillips CD650.

But may be you right.
There are many marantz CDPs in Japan,
but they have phillips devices.

my marantz cd650 has devices like this,

CDM2
SAA7210P/A
SAA7220P/A
TDA1541

SAA7310 is a SMD version of SAA7210, isn't it?
I did mistake.
My CD650 has not SAA7310P/B, but SAA7210P/A.
My CD99 originaly had SAA7210P,
and I change this device to SAA7210P/B.
My original CD99 sometime has trouble when TOC reading,
but after change decorder/controler to SAA7210P/A,
my CD99 reads correctly TOC.

Yep, that's a philips CD650, also sold as magnavox (got that one myself). 7310 is NOT 7210 in smd, it is a more advanced version of 7210. Differences can be found in the datasheets.

Dunno much of the differences between the P, P/A and P/B versions of 7210. Maybe that P/B is just broken...
Did you try it in the 650?

Congrats you got it working.

Sorry, I did mistake moreover.
My CD99 has SAA7210P, and I change it to SAA7210P/"A" from
CD650.
So, I tryed it in CD99.
CD650 is just a donner.
CDM2 is in my junk box.

Sounds something different when TOC reading
between SAA7210P and SAA7210P/A.
SAA7210P/A sounds like read TOC again and again until success.
But SAA7210P gives up immediately.
