The amplifiers for the Bose speakers were contracted out on bid annualy. Peripheral, division of AAmp of America, makes and sells replacement amp cards for their speakers as an aftermarket part. Any car stereo store who buys from AAmp can put you in touch with the company or you can find them and the amp cards on line. The chips are definitely not available. P.
