MTX Thunder 1000D

Anyone have pics of the board or can tell me the part number for this amp?

This is what i found when i pulled the bottom covers

The output transistors (SSP45N20A) are discontinued and I've never found any subs that would work without modifying the amp's drive circuit. Someone may have found a good sub.

Theres only 2 outputs in this amp correct ? I may have 2 new ones laying around ..

And for the power supply fets would you recomend IRF3205'S or the 75339 ?

Rectifiers are 1540 ?

I got outputs from UTSource and they work ok.

That's right 8 outputs don't know where I got 2 from ..

Did you use them in a 1000D or was it a similar model?

Check the notes and it was a 8100d,using the 42N20D.
The pic had me,board look just like this one.

There were 3 models that were very similar (81000d, 1000d and 1501d). The amps with individual gate resistors for each output used the IRFB42N20D. The others used the SSP45N20A. The amps without the individual gate resistors wouldn't work with the IRFB42N20D (from my experience).

Are you sure that your amp was an 8100d instead of an 81000d?

I am not sure if i had the number right but this is the thread i started for that amp.I still have two of outputs form what i bought from them.
