Need help : DIY Fm car receiver

Hi ,

I need a schematics of an stereo car radio ( only FM band ) , simple disign , if possible with auto tuner or with a pot for tunning , not a trimmer .
Maybe an amplifier for that design will help .

there not really that simple to make... especially if your trying to clone a headunit.
Phillips make a few digitaly controlled fm reciecers especially for car. If you after an analog control I would go and search google.
You'll find tons of info

Hm ... i don't want to clone a headunit .. just a simple , small , fm receiver that i can plug in to the socket , the lighter socket .
I can't find an autotunning .. i just want 1 button to tune ..

this site gives a schematic for the phillips one chip fm radio the TDA7000

if this along the right lines then logon to......

then enter YY70M into the product search. this will give you a nice 12v 20w amp. the TDA2005M

then why not be really cool and get the bass,mid and treble controls using WQ31J in the product search. this uses a couple of LF353N chips.

maplins also sell the tda7000 but haven't got a schematic for it. the product code to enter is YH87U

if you do a GOOGLE search using the chip numbers you can get loads more info on them.
