I was looking for SPICE models for the ZTX653 and ZTX753 transistors, when I noticed that they have free downloadable SPICE software on the Diodes Inc web site. This appears to be a cut-down Simetrix.
I use TINA, so I wasn't looking for anything else, only a Pspice or other TINA-compatible transistor model, but I wonder if anyone else has tried out the s/w from Diodes Inc?
