Wiring on a crossover?

I am going to go plain on this one? How to? I have them all in front of me and in these speakers for them to be complete, 2 fullranges will go in as midranges! Thank you!

It's not clear what you are asking for help with.

Do you want to know something about those crossovers, presumably for that speaker?

Do you want to know how make a crossover like that?

It is clear that english is not your first language, but please try to be more specific about what it is you want to know and what it is you are trying to do.

You might want to run what we say and what you are trying to say through Google translate. It may help.
 
Oh I see where I mistaken here ok! Check the other answers that I got on a similar thread about this and btw it was that I wrote this after 16hrs of work or something like that before I got to bed! What I want to say is I made a replica recalculated of PIONEER CS-V50F, the crossovers I did get them in an auction and they are HECO ASCADA 770 crossovers! I will put into these 2 full range drivers in each speaker as midranges with separate built-in cabinets! How to wire all of them speakers, they are 8 ohms each!
 
And check this out by language and psychological talk: A electronic specialist if asked, will know how to make the work, but will not know how to explain what he has made in the end... Can't remember quite the paragraph but it makes an idea... The forum said help by audio fanatics for audio fanatics... I came here for help... If I am asking for some, can I get some? Something else, that is not in any kind something else thathelps me?

Crossovers are not interchangeable between speakers.

You would be better off starting from nothing, than trying to use the crossovers from a completely different speaker.

You are essentially trying to take the motor from a boat and use it in a motorcycle. Yes they are both motors, but they do completely different things and work in different ways, even though they function on the same principles.

It is a BAD idea to use two tweeters. You only want one.

Multiple full range speaker drivers are not a good idea either. Nor do you want to combine them with a tweeter either.

This whole project is a bad idea basically and you don't know enough to create the kind of speaker you want to.

Pick a design that already works. There are many out there. Build that.

Buy at least 1 book on speaker design.

THEN if you want to learn more, you can experiment on it. Since at the very least you will have a point of reference.

Invest in tools to measure how well the speaker works. Without them you are essentially blind. The human ear is not an accurate measuring tool.

You are not supposed to end every sentence in english with a "!". It doesn't help you make sense.
 
Hi Oszkar,

The first crossover consists of two coils and a black capacitor. This is the low-pass filter for the woofer.

The other crossover is for midrange and tweeter. The filter for the midrange is on the right side and has two blue capacitors (120 uF and 15 uF). The filter for the tweeter is on the left side and has a yellow and a silver capacitor (6.8 uF and 4.7 uF).

I hope this is correct. Pictures of the soldering side of the crossover boards would help to verify!
 
Ok! To fill you guys up upon this story: Now 14yrs ago I have heard the original speakers from PIONEER! Now two years ago i have seen how they are built! First I have got the drivers and tweeters I do not know ever for sure if tweeters and midranges or fullranges are drivers but if put into this phrase it will do the necesary understanding readout proposition! I bought all the drivers BASS 4.pcs., Mid.4. pcs., Tweeters 4.pcs. The man I bought them from was to have the crossovers built for me with all parameters for bass t/s i mean as parameters, electrical resistance for tweeters and the t-s parameters for the midrsnges as they will get each pair own cabinets! In the end the person that I working with left me asside with the project in course, so I was looking for crossovers with specs so that I might hit something but near results each time so I tripped into these HECO ASCADA Crossovers and said 2nd order for the tweeters is alright and their cutting frequency at 3500hz won't burn them, bass 150 hz I would of needed 250hz cutfrequency but already built and no more stress with missunderstanding waiting for days an shipment I can live with it quite good, midrange was just a question of getting the riht driver for the start/cut frequency as I remember from a specsheet that I don't have anymore is 150 - 3500hz! So I said ok! Ordered the boards to make the speakers! to weeks later I got them! In four days I built the boxes and fitted in the drivers, in another 1 week got the dampening material! Filled them up, painted them by hand in black and it is that they will get a sheet of black fabric that resembles rubber at the surface that will make them look even better and will keep everything in a better manner into place! Now what I do not know is how to wire all of them up! What I have done until now is I have mounted into place the crossover boards into the speakers and wired to them as folowing: Bass +/+ to + of the outgoing to the amplifier speaker wire and -/- to - and the same with tweets, on tweeters + with another + and - with - that went to the crossover + and respectively - afterwards the crossover wire on the speakers outgoing wire to the amplifier, the same wire that holds the bass wire also. I listened to them for a while but now they are disconnected for 3 weeks until I get the cabinets for the midranges in and the midranges also in! The tweeters are not so high as I would have expected them to be in a matter of sound reproduction in the high frequency reproduction section! Thank you!

I can not post only 4 pictures at a time, this is all that I can brig up as data to you guys, I listen more to electronica, chillstep, dubstep and trance Deepdish style, these speakers are perfect for me, if I can squeeze a little more highs from the tweeters than is more than good for me! and watch movies

You know, the reason I am troubled is i can not find a correct specsheet for the HECO Crossovers to who I wrote an e-Mail and did not write back, but what i know is that they are 4 ohm but not for sure, for the ASCADA7 the crosovers says 4-8ohm so mine might be aswell 4-8! As I said to make this more clear!
1. I wanted these spaekers so bad that I totld myself before sleep that I will get them or get me making a replica of them!
2. I could of bought Focal Cobalt but these were more interesting and loving to me
3. I listen to electronica stuf and deviation from the musical curent today so allittle boom with some spiked highs just fly by my ears and make me happy!
4. The high you guys I am telling you I get no gap into listening places because there are 2 tweeters, the rest electrical - mechanical stuff is for you to tell if something might give way to damage in to time like higgh distorsion that might break the tweeters in time because of the mechanical stress
5. If someone knows how to turn them into 8 ohm speakers with what I have , I mean some data for the crossover would help if anybody has them
6. the cases are 118 x 30 x 32cm H x W x D, braced and fonic proofed on the inside as one side wall and the top from the top of the speaker is covered with dampening material aswell as the back cover!
I do not think these are so bad!
Btw. this week I am getting the midranges cabinets with the fastening screws, the l/r orientation ornaments, and the front grilles!
I an saýing that we should get first the crossover specificatios and than try go further!

All that I have left is some data for the tweeters, t/s from monacor website for the midranges SP 90 modell, and basses I have them posted on the net! But do they need recalculation if I do not plan on going on other crossovers? I mean if it is so bad I am selling them for weddings and parties and buying a pair of Monitor RS, Cobalt and that is about it!

Sorry just that I feel that I am keepping you guyis in place when stepping must be made!

Every speaker into one of this units is 8 ohm. The main problem here it was that I could not find and I could not find in any shape or form components for these only 3,6 bellcore, 0,4 aircoil, gauge not known caps by a factor of only 1000 bigger, and when asked I was told that they never bring other values ceramic resistance not to talk further in terms of resistance wattage and dimensions.

Oh come on people! I listen only at 5 watts but did not have the space to deploy the 5, 7,or 9.1 home cinema system! The mids send sound almost in surround configuration! Just want to know if someone knows how to have it properly done, at the end of the wire coming out of the speaker to have 8ohm! I work from Mo - Sat 12 hrs a day and afterwards take care of my projects and i still have to sort my room, gadgets and take care of my speakers!

5W can be a lot depending on how you measured that !

I regularly listen at average levels of 100mW to 500mW.

By the time I have the average level up to around 1W to 2W from a 50W to 65W chipamp I can hear that the chipamp is not at all happy.

5W of average level from a 100W discrete amplifier would be clipping on some signals and again not happy listening.
 
This or that?! NPI (just taking out some stress of the situation). :D
I think is better for you to ask one question at a time... or asking more effective questions to let us some feedback opportunity, if not... ;)
