NAd c545/c565 front panel buttons dead

Hi guys!
the front panel of my nad c565 is totally dead..
No buttons..power on/off, fast forward etc...
I've seen that many CDP like mine and the c545 too, suffering of this problem.

Nad says that is a faulty pcb; do you know if is it possible to do a DIY work?
I've put the pcb panel off the CDP and I've checked with a multimeter that all buttons are ok.

Out of warranty.. of course..
