You have made an unfortunate choice of title and it is hard to understand what you are trying to say. Do you mean that you want to make that amplifier and you want someone to tell you that it works or not?
Perhaps you should read Bob Cordell's website more carefully to realise his authority in electronics. He has even written this book and several papers to back up his designs. I don't think anyone here would question his work, if that is what you ask.

as far as I know Cordell's circuits are illustrative, may have been prototyped
but are not widely built, supported "project amps" or kits - where the there are PCB, approved parts list, building, setup has been debugged by many builders experiences, problems
so I expect a fair amount of experience, electronics knowledge is a good idea
