I am desperately looking for at least one, maybe a couple IRFP-040 mosfets. Yes I am aware these like trying to find hens teeth and yes I'm aware i can substitute something else but I would like to find the original parts if i can. thought i would throw it out here and see if a fellow DIY'er has one or two in a parts stash someplace they would sell. Willing to pay a fair to fairly unreasonable price for them.
