Sure, why not? Didn't Polaroid sell film packs that included a battery for some of their cameras? Those batteries were flexible with the film. And that was like 30 years ago. I recall some 50 years ago, making a Tesla Coil, we needed a very high voltage capacitor, and it was made by gluing aluminum foil to either side of a pane of glass. Probably could have used aluminum paint. If a battery is two disimilar materials brought together, why not spray them on?
