I've just got a pair of 4033L STC tube. What do I make with this tube ?

Does anyone give me a suggestion ?

Tks,

QA.

It probably could be used as an audio triode,
but you'd have to keep to the lower voltage/current ratings,
since it can be operated differently at RF.

Plate: 400 volts
Grid: -20 volts
Plate current: .050 Amps
Plate dissipat. 16 watts
Load Z: 7,000 ohms
Low distortion output: 4 watts per tube.

RF values can be higher.

TRIODES. The 4033-AF valve is identical with the 4033-A valve ; the -F code indicates that the valve has passed special tests for use in Standard Aircraft radio.

Hi,

If you still have your 4033L tubes, you can make a nice small power amplifier with a simple stepup transformer and this tube. It will give 2W simply and nicely...

I once tried that and found it sounded good...

Ps: if you do not intend to use them, i might be interested in them... As I wanted to rebuilt a more completed amplifer with mine...
