Capacity is greatly determined by surface area.
If you rely on natural convection, then vertical surface area is what counts.

Using a tube profile, one of the two vertical surface areas is somewhat removed from the heat source. You will be better off using just a piece of 3-6mm think aluminum sheet/plate.

A rough guess for a 6 cm length of that tube profile is 15-20 W/K, if you a are dissipating around 10 W. (The thermal resistance goes up as you dissipate less).

Note that you need airflow - sufficient holes in the enclosure directly below and above the heat-sink. Or, better still, make the heat-sink do double duty as enclosure walls.
