I am thinking about building my own tube preamp, but would like to buy a complete kit minus the tubes. I know this has been covered quite a bit, so for that I do apologize. I would be coupling it to 2 Aragon 8008bb SS amplifiers and wanted to bring this up for advice on what style to build. I have soldering skills and have done many mods and repairs but the hard ones I needed some guidance with, so this is why I would like to do a kit build that comes with everything minus the tubes etc.
I've looked at Glassware Audio Design and would like to know if there are some other places to start looking around as well. Any thoughts or advice on the style of a preamp are welcome. Thanks in advance!
