The high Qms value (nearly 8) are untypicall fur rubber suspension.
This transducer looks very promising, both for three-way solutions and for small subwoofer systems.
Probably this model is most of any home-audio and car stereo speakers vastly superior.

Which other professional 10" Bass Driver with such low resonance frequency you know (except home-hifi speakers like Scan Speak/Seas/Vifa and except bass models for car audio applications like JL-Audio/Earthquake)?

Spend the time to go through all the specs for all the drivers from the pro audio manufacturers. Should only take an hour or two.
