amp input wires be crossed threaded or left straight

I have put Arjen Helder's amp in a wood case added pot and 2way input selector (pot is on the left near the amp, power switch in the middle, input selector in from of PSU. I have seen some pictures of DIY amp where the signal from the source is wound around each other (twisted).

I took this picture looking into the amp from the rear. I hot glued the wires from the input on the wall of the unit. Should these wires from source input get twisted?
