I have secured a venue for the Spring DIY Meeting. We will be back at the Stonegate Country Club in Davis, which we used for our Fall 2009 meeting:
Meet-Fall09
The meeting will be held on Saturday, May 7th, beginning around 9am. The hall is reserved until 6pm.

For this meeting, we will be trying to standardize the playback level for all speakers so that hearing fatigue after hours of listening is not an issue. We might have a lunch break with no music for one hour to help with this issue.

To cover the rental fee for the hall, there will be a $10 entrance fee that includes chips and soda but no meals. There are several convenient food joints nearby, as well a a grocery store.

There may be a talk during the lunch break on some music or speaker design issue, but this has not yet been arranged. There are not formal lecture facilities such as a projection system, etc. so this is still somewhat up in the air.

There will be a raffle of donated items such as drivers, etc. Please bring these to the event if you have something to donate.
