Extend the login timeout by a few minutes?

Whenever I post, if I take more than a few minutes to write and send I find myself logged out.

There is another post on this but it seemed to suggest that it was associated with the browser used. When I mentioned this in passing on another thread a few others commented on the same frustration.

I'm using Kmeleon browser. I'll never go back to IE since no amount of antivirus protection seems to protect me from malicious and invasive crap when using IE.

Is it my browser? Is it my user settings? (i did not see an option for remedying this) Or is it the standard setup here at diyaudio?

Hi,

That's a feature to prevent you from walking away and forgetting to log out.

To override it, click the "stay logged in?"
