How to calculate the cut-off frequency in this case? I'm guessing that this would result in a higher cut-off than with only 1 cap and 1 resistor.

Well I did some spices and what I saw - that value of C2 didn't have any effect on the filter. Though thinking about it makes perfect sense as current into the load is negligible vs current through R1 and R2.
Hmm... so no point for huge input capacitors?
