I have found some Mullard M-series tube, M8136, M8137 and M8098 in my garbage

They are equivalent of ECC82 and ECC83 but I can't find online the original datasheet of these tube. I only know they are a special quality of these tubes.

The M8098 look like a regulator tube, at which tension?

Any help?
