Maybe you're lucky and a more spiced companion can give you the right clue.

I don't know about Eagle, but my web page has info about LTspice netlist export to FreePCB. The process is not completely transparent and not for the faint of heart, but it does work.

the list of programs that LTspice works be seen in tools/Export netlist/save as, by clicking the window (save as) will open the programs that LTspice works.
