Hi!!

Does anybody have formulas handy for a T-link with constant impedance?

Rseries + Rground + Rseries + Rload.

The link has constant inimpedance seen from signal source and the load senses constant source impdance.

This is a very cool way to create a wide bandwidth, low noise binary attenuator, mostly used in RF attenuator.

First link attenuates 16 dB, next 8 dB, 4 dB 2 dB, 1 dB. The links are bypassed with a 2-pole chanhe over relay or switch.

I have paper deep down somewhere and I have even made such an attenuator but I came not further than the attenautor itself. The control section never saw the day of light. Here is a microcontroller perfect!
