I've seen in class D amplifiers that eh repaired some are based ICs ordinary as OpAmps and TTLS, someone will have some drawing of this type of amplifiers with these characteristics, because in my country is very difficult to obtain components such as IR2110 or other type of controller of that type. The problem is the level shifter for driving the upper Mosfet.
