Ideal power supply for CDs, DACs etc

Hallo,

Does anyone can recommend a very very good PSU scheme for CD/DAC? It should very good muffle disturbances in wide frequencies, have low impedance and be low noise. Any suggestions?

Use the search tool to find the thread about John Curl's Blowtorch preamplifier. Has one of the best discussions on power supply regulation techniques around.

Also have a look at http://www.alw.audio.dsl.pipex.com/ if you want to use an opamp augumented supply.
