Default SMPS 420v

quante spire dovrei avvolgere su un etd34 per ottenere 420v in uscita partendo dai 12V, ed erogare una corrente di 200mA??

I'm absolutely doesn't speak italian but I think he would say :

How many spires should have on an " EDT34 " to have 420 V with a 12 V input voltage. And ? a current of 0,2 A

That depends on your chosen frequency and topology. I would look at either Brown's, Chryssis' or Pressman's books on SMPS Design- Chapter on Transformers (or better yet- all three). Any of these will have the plug-n-play euqations for both forward and fly-back types of transformers.

You don't say whether this is a forward or flyback. VERY different design processes, and different numbers.
