Question Power Conditioner Circuit

I am planning to make a simple power conditioner\stabilizer for 120VAC 60Hz and have bought a few parts.

pix: http://www.rouslan.150m.com/DSCF0507.JPG

Will this circuit actually help even out the power without interfering with the AC frequency?

Will the capacitor safely work for this purpose (it is from USSR production and probably does not follow the X1-2, Y standard)?

Your image provider doesn't allow hotlinking to your image. Please host it somewhere else or try uploading it to the forum.

Cheers,
Bakmeel

Hi Andrew,

I was using my CPU at home, which basically has no firewalls. I should've copied the pics and re-posted them for you guys. My CPU at work is another story: I am now getting the hotlinking error message everyone else is getting.

Default sorry

I am extremely sorry for the error.

I am going to repost a new thread today with the picture.

I am never relying on a provider for my files, and going to use my old computer as a server.
