Default Bypasses still needed w/ Jensen 4 Poles?

Didn't know if this forum or Parts was better, so I'm posting here as well. I'm referring to using Jensen 4 poles in a regulated power supply circuit, one after the rectification and one after the linear regulator. With this sort of decoupled design (in the cap) are smaller bypasses still generally needed?
