Default Help w/ Eagle PSU board...

I am building a separate PSU board for Rob’s ‘Maxhawk’ OPA629/BUF634 headphone amp found here –
The amplifier has an on board 15V regulated power supply but he mentioned that “although I couldn't hear it, was 120 Hz components on the power supply. Once you pass through the on-board regulators, most of the line frequency harmonics were gone, but I could still see it on a scope.
If I were to build my power supply again, I'd probably use a large inductor and cap to try to kill the 60 Hz harmonics, or perhaps pre-regulate the power supply to 15 volts”.

This PSU board (a choke and cap combo) is my first project designing w/ Eagle and I wouldn’t mind a few suggestions as to the errors I have not detected. Also, I need help in selecting what value choke for this board. Does anyone know a good link that illustrates pad sizes for the different components, I chose them randomly. Lastly the transformer specified here ‘before’ this custom PSU board I designed is a 15V .666 amp/10VA. I figure an 18V/15VA step-up would probably be good here??

Here is the schematic -
