simple smps

hello people of the forum !!!! i have no design expiriencs and i am looking for a simple to make smps to feed a stereo amp with 2*175 w rms the amp works @ 56-60 v per rail and i wnat to feed it from mains 240v any somple to make ideas are welcome

If you want simple, why do you wan't to do smps?

Maybe you could do a conventional power supply. These are simpler and sound better with analogue amplifier circuitry IMO.

SMPS design

Hi sakis. I have e-mailed you a design guide that covers forward topology, which I believe will be ideal for your needs. It does involve alot of calculations though.:cool:
