I have some problem getting it to run, when i got it running i only got around 10v and 33mA.

Have anyone built a smps around this ic ?

Heres the schemo i traced out of the board:

I had Isense connected as on the other controllers, Is went to a separate winding and VFb as on the other ones. I also tried leaving sync open and grounded, i also tried lifting the resistor between the pll out and RT in but nothing helped.

Is is a demagnetisation sensing that make sure that theres no new switching cycle started before the core is totally demagnetized to ensure optimum power output.
