I need SPACE models for L5970

I need SPICE models for L5970 (ST-microelectronics), and also some schematics for Current Source (Generator) for 350mA, and PSPICE simulation for that schematics.

I am also interested by any other PSPICE models for several ICs for PWR Supply (SMPS).

For example - also for SUPERTEX - HV9910, and HV9910DB3v2
