Dual center tap secondary

Greetings,

In the simplified PSU pictured below the transformer has dual center tap secondaries; marked 0-9-18 and 0-9-18.

With this configuration is there any way I can earth ground the secondaries (for the ground reference) and then float (not ground) the amp circuit. PSU voltage is ~ +/- 25 vdc.
