Big supply cap question (Aleph X)
Default Big supply cap question (Aleph X)

A friend of mine was intrigued by the Mr Evil capacitance multiplier found at http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showt...threadid=51817 . For his application (Aleph X), he's bought a pile of caps, about 0.3F worth. In the Evil implementation, he has about half as much capacitance after the multiplier as before.

If you had a pile of 30,000uF caps, how would you distribute them? All before the c-multi? After? A 2:1 Evil split? Or would you just use a few caps and save the rest for another amplifier?
