Sorry, I missunderstood.

By primary GND I meant the negative side of the rectified mains while you obviously meant safety GND (mains earth).

You are right about having safety GND connected to secondary GND.

What I meant when I told you to use a Y1-cap was to connect it between the negative side of the rectified mains and the secondary GND.
