Anyone bought Toroids from ROCKNA ?
They are a Romanian shop and quoted me Euro 73 for a 1.5kVA toroid? The price seems good but I do not know of the quality.
Anyone know their products? Bought from them and imported to the US? thanks! |

I don't know if you are still planning to import Rockna toroids, but just now saw your question.
I ordered two custom build toroids from them. The price is indeed very reasonable. I had them shipped to the Netjerlands. Shipping for two 1KW trannies was 22 Euro. They shipped the trannies seperately, so less chance of troubles at the customs. Indeed one slipped through, the other I had to pay some taxes. The building quality seems also quite reasonable. But I have not yet tested them. |
