All you need is an AZ1 with two separate cathodes, or two AZ1.

Post 17 is not a voltage doubler. Some people might call it a voltage halver.

Forget about all you have seen and read about resistive CT for heater supplies. This is irrelevant to your current problem. You don't need a CT, and a pair of resistors don't really provide a CT anyway.

I got 151v from 35Vac secondary from pioneer sx780.
I regulated that down to 133v to drive 6922 at 6ma per triode. Heater works perfectly with 2.2 ohm resistor from 7.5v panel lamp winding.
2 x 10uf / 200v caps (-) pin of bridge doubler tied to positive output rail. 68 uf / 200 v Filter cap.
no noise from power supply. 6922 does not suffer from AC on heater like ECC88
