Technics SU-8080 Twin PSUs

I would like to get an opinion on this wiring diagram for a Technics SU-8080? Someone has cut off all the wires going to the International voltage selector and I was given a diagram to wire it back up! But it doesn't look right to me,this amp has a twin power supply? I'm on 240volt mains here in Australia,what do you think of the diagram? Ive added another bigger and clearer diagram so you can see whats what with the smaller one!
