Default Salas Bib questions

Trying to push the regulator to output 75V 200ma I got these values as result.
Everything looks right here as the dissipation of the mosfets. But can we use it at that voltage?

HV salas is for above 100V so trying to run at arround 80V

Here is the sim. Q101 dissipating 25mW
Q106 18.24W

but VDS is 65.6V which is way higher for the Jfet.

yes, you can use that voltage. But you have to design the regulator for the currents and voltages that you apply/demand.
Clue
75V output and 200mA of current is 15W. That is hot, but the input voltage will be much higher.
Maybe around 85V (and it varies), that increases the total dissipation to 17W. Even hotter.
