Default control two positive voltages with TL431CP

I have a +15V ( unregulated +22V) power supply for my active crossover (for loudspeakers).
Now I want to replace the BD911 npn transistor with a Fet.
Do I need a n oder p channel fet to replace the BD909 and what part is recommended?
Someting like the IRF 1404?

It is a voltage reference with a output current of max. 100mA.
The attachment is the datasheet of that unit.

Correction of my post #1: only of voltage should be regulated.
