Default Maida regulator ADJ bypass

Can I bypass R6 with capacitor, say 10uF, to ground as in LM317 datasheet? Or I can not, because of maida regulator implementation?

C2 essentially does that already. You might increase its size a bit. Same with the output capacitor.

Can I raise C2 from 1uF to 10uF to gain more ripple rejection and lower noise?

Yes. It will slow down the transient response of the regulator, which worries some, but I would argue that this is a good thing. It reduces the amplitude of change at the regulator output with current changes and shifts the Fourier components of the output response to much lower frequencies. In my own circuits, I tend to make C1 much bigger, 47u or so.
