Default -15V-0- +15V supplies from 2 Wallwarts

Hi,
Is it possible to take 2 wallwarts rated both at +15V each and take the + of one and tied to the - of the other and make that 0 V. And then the - of one would be -15V and the + of the other would be +15V.

Thanks
