Default Can you do this safely?

Analogous to how some would put separate power supplies in parallel, could one also do this with a CT'd transformer?

I realize voltage dropped across resistor and cap size, etc. makes a difference, but those variables aside, can the circuit appear as does in the drawing without breaking anything?

Also, assuming between each secondary and CT there is 1 amp of potential, does this give me a overall net 2 amps when connected this way?

You're trying to put the out of phase secondary outputs in parallel. That won't work. I think you'll find a biased-on-diode short if you follow the current flow through that circuit.
