Broken transformer wire..

That's the problem with solid single core copper wire. When flexed it fatigues and eventually breaks.
Best to change transformer wires to flex to avoid this fatiguing problem.

But you will probably have to remove the insulation around the leadouts to get adequate access to repair or replace.

And then have wind carefully wind all the insulation back on before using.

It's not clear from your picture which wire is broken.
If it's a primary (240 Volt) you are probably screwed as they are usually put on first. If it's a secondary, you may be in luck but be very careful doing what Andrew & DF96 have advised. I am in Southwest Sydney if you require assistance.
